Senior Process Consultant with more than 42 years experience ia the alumina industry. Graduated in the Veszprém University of Chemical Engineering,. Hungary in 1972. His expertise covers processing of bauxites of different types and grades. Specialises ia on-site techno- economic evaluations leading to process concepts, Feasibility Studies, also co-ordination of research and development projects. Further specialties are the environmental aspects, utilisation of bauxite residue, prevention and removal of scalings. Published more than 20 papers. He is the principal inventor and driver of the ILTD (Improved Low Temperature Digestion) Process with the objective of manufacturing alumina in an environmentally sustainable manner and significantly improving its profitability.
