Asterios Dilipaltas

Born in Korinos - Pieria in 1963. He is married and has two children. He is a graduate of the School of Mining Engineering and Metallurgy of the National Technical University of Athens (1986). He began his professional career in 1988 in Ciment of Chalkis Co. as production engineer. He joined ALUMINIUM OF GREECE in 1991 in the Alumina section. After an one year secondment to the Pechiney Group (refinery of Gardanne in France) he worked as Head of various sectors of alumina plant for about 10 years. From 2003 to 2009 he worked as Head of Production Support in Aluminium section and in 2009 he became Head of the Electrolysis Production Line. Since May 2014 he is Director for Health & Safety, Environmental Protection and Continuous Improvement.
